Developed custom mechanical solutions for manufacturing quantum dot-enhanced optical films, now widely used by most major TV manufacturers like Samsung using the QLED or QD-OLED designation. I was responsible for bringing up our pilot manufacturing line and the successful manufacture of film samples in Mentor, Ohio.

• Engineered and built precision deposition systems to apply nanomaterials across large substrates with micron-level accuracy.
• Designed and prototyped mechanical components in an in-house machine shop for rapid iteration.
• Partnered with contract manufacturers to scale production processes and introduce new equipment.
