I was resposibile for taking an early-stage concept into a revenue-generating product deployed nationwide. Led all aspects of hardware system design, sensor selection, prototyping, and production scaling. DFM work for local and overseas fabrication and assembly. Launched in-house production and later CM manufacturing and 3rd party servicing.

Key Achievements
  • Spearheaded the design, selection, and integration of motion components, fluid dispensing systems, material handling processes, electrical and mechanical actuators.
  • Built and delivered the first functional prototype in a home garage during the COVID-19 lockdown.
  • Directed engineering teams, contract manufacturers, and in-house production staff to ensure efficient development and deployment.
  • Established testing, assembly, and installation procedures to guarantee performance and reliability.
